RRE PV© – PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR SUPPORTS
We design and produce photovoltaic structures with ground fixing, facades, rooftops, shades and floating PV (standing water lakes).
Photovoltaic structures represent the supports for photovoltaic panels. These photovoltaic panels can be with an aluminum frame with a thickness of between 30 mm and 45 mm, or photovoltaic panels with double glass without frames. Below are our structure systems available for ground-mounted power plants:
RRE PV© – SPEED ONE support system for photovoltaic panels with 1 sectional pole and 2 panels mounted in portrait format (vertically)
RRE PV© – MAX ONE support system for photovoltaic panels with 1 sectional pole and 4 panels mounted in landscape format (horizontally). This is an extremely sturdy and economical structure, considering that it supports 4 landscape panels. Additionally, because it is easy to mount and quickly reduces your installation costs.
RRE PV© – TECH TWO supporting 2-pole photovoltaic panels system. This system is more stable and can be used in any area and on any type of land.
The system supports in section the installation of several photovoltaic panels as follows:
RRE PV© – Concrete support system for photovoltaic panels specially designed for areas with difficult terrain such as soft soil, sandy soil, stony soil, rock, seaside area with extremely salty sandy soil, unpalatable soil or no sufficient static load possible to have from soil.
This RRE PV© – Concrete system is based on precast and precast concrete supports. These supports are placed on the ground, after which the galvanized metal structure is built above them.
The ideal configuration is for mounting photovoltaic panels in a section of 3 landscape panels (horizontal). On the pictures below the structure is installed directly on the sand on the beach at the Black Sea.
RRE PV© – AXLE ONE is for 3 photovoltaic panels placed in the landscape. All fixed to a 1-pole rotating metal structure (C210). Rotation is done automatically, with server data, after the sun’s position with hydraulic or electrical actuators.
RRE PV© – EAST WEST structure system on land is one of the best system existing.
This system best covers the ground because it does not need the shading area. It only requires maintenance passage.
The production curve is no longer the dome type as we have at south-facing structures. For the East West system, the production curve is flattened as a trapezoid.
Photovoltaic panels can be configured in a portrait or landscape panel section of up to 6 landscape panels.
Carport type photovoltaic parking systems structure. Intended for the production of electricity using photovoltaic panels.
- weather protection and hail of cars;
- electricity production
- use of surfaces occupied by vehicles;
- charging electric vehicles;
- energy use for the house or nearby premises.
Photovoltaic system with installation of vertical type bifacial panels. It ensures a production 20-25% higher than conventional south-facing systems.
The system is used in agricultural areas where areas for agricultural and / or animal crops can be delimited.
The system has no negative effect on the agricultural land and represents only a delimitation, being thus very easily approved by the authorities.
Photovoltaic system with panel mounting on the roof of a galvanized structure. Photovoltaic panels are rarely mounted on the roof to allow the entry of sunlight and rain.
The structure has no walls and can have openings up to 15 meters without intermediate pillars.
This system is designed for agricultural and keeping animals in free outdoor areas. Due to the large opening and the rarely placed poles, it has no negative effect on the agricultural use of the land
We can design, draw and produce any desired pattern of structure.
The strength and stability analysis was made using the analytical and numerical analysis (finite element method), using Graitec – Advance Design Version 2019 SP2
